在常温下,通过强溶剂的溶解和膨胀作用使聚苯粒料变软,为其内部发泡剂的发泡膨胀、控制压力创造条件,使原料在发泡容器内保持粘度较大的液体或塑性状态。打开阀门,因为外界压力远远低于容器内部压力,聚苯粒料在压力作用下喷出的同时,其内所含发泡剂如丁烷、戊烷、石油醚等气化产生压力使已软化的粒料膨胀形成泡孔而发泡成型。适当的压力是可发性聚苯颗粒快速发泡的关键,压力来源是MF-1型发泡剂内充有部分压缩空气,并有低沸点、高蒸气压的丁烷,从而能产生并保持较为平衡的压力。
At room temperature, polyphenylene granules are softened by dissolution and expansion of strong solvents, which create conditions for foaming expansion and pressure control of foaming agents in the polyphenylene granules, and keep the materials in liquid or plastic state with high viscosity in the foaming vessel. Open the valve, because the external pressure is far lower than the internal pressure of the container, the polyphenyl granule is ejected under the pressure, while the foaming agent such as butane, pentane, petroleum ether and other gasification pressure in it causes the softened granule to expand into foam cells and foam. Proper pressure is the key to the rapid foaming of EPS particles. The pressure source is that MF-1 foaming agent is filled with compressed air and butane with low boiling point and high vapor pressure, which can produce and maintain a relatively balanced pressure.
